Stock Control

Stock Control provides inventory management for medications and vaccines with batch-level tracking, expiry monitoring, and automatic stock deduction when items are administered.

Note: Stock Control is a Jump Labs feature and requires Jump Labs enrolment.

How to Enable

1. Navigate to Apps > Stock Control
2. Toggle Enable Stock Control to on
3. The inventory management system becomes active

Tabs

Key Features

• Batch tracking - each stock item is tracked by batch number
• Expiry monitoring - alerts when items are approaching or past expiry
• Multiple locations - organise inventory across different storage areas
• Automatic deduction - stock is automatically reduced when medications or vaccines are administered to patients
• Movement audit trail - every addition and removal is recorded with date, quantity, and reason

Disabling

Toggle Enable Stock Control to off. Inventory records are retained but the management interface is hidden.

Tip: Set up your storage locations first, then add stock batches. This keeps your inventory organised from the start.
