Stripe is the payment platform that powers invoicing and payment collection in Jump. You need to connect a Stripe account before you can create invoices or accept payments.
Once connected, you can:
Jump uses Stripe Connect, which means your Stripe account remains yours - Jump acts as a platform that helps you process payments.
Your organisation may have a platform fee configured. This is a percentage that is applied to each invoice and collected by the platform. The fee percentage is visible in your billing settings.

The Stripe Dashboard provides detailed reporting on payments, payouts, and disputes.
If you need to disconnect your Stripe account:
Disconnecting will prevent new invoices from being created and payments from being collected. Existing invoices and payment records are preserved in Jump.
Tip: Make sure your Stripe account has charges enabled and is fully onboarded before attempting to create invoices. You can check your account status in Settings.
