Signature Rx enables electronic private prescribing. Once connected, clinicians can issue prescriptions directly from patient records.

  2. Click Connect to Signature Rx
  3. Enter your API credentials in the configuration dialog
  4. Click Save - credentials are encrypted and stored securely
  5. The connection status card shows your token status and available tokens

You can test the connection at any time using the Test button in the header, or update credentials with Update Credentials.

Connection Status

The Overview tab displays:

  • Token Status - Valid (blue) or Expired (red)
  • Available Tokens - remaining tokens for sending prescriptions
  • Last Updated - when the connection was last validated

Registering Prescribers

Prescribers must be registered with Signature Rx before they can issue prescriptions. Registered prescribers appear in the Prescribers tab.

Webhook Setup

The Advanced Setup tab lets you configure a webhook so Jump receives real-time updates on prescription status:

  1. Copy the Webhook URL shown on the page
  2. Go to your Signature Rx dashboard and create a new webhook endpoint using this URL
  3. Copy the Webhook Secret from Signature Rx
  4. Paste the secret into the Webhook Secret field in Jump and save

Once configured, a Configured badge appears and the last webhook event timestamp is displayed.

Tip: Monitor your available tokens regularly. When tokens run low, contact Signature Rx to top up.
