Signature Rx enables electronic private prescribing. Once connected, clinicians can issue prescriptions directly from patient records.
You can test the connection at any time using the Test button in the header, or update credentials with Update Credentials.
The Overview tab displays:
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| Overview | Connection status and token balance |
| Prescribers | Registered prescribers who can issue prescriptions |
| Contacts | Dispensaries and contacts for prescription delivery |
| Prescriptions | History of sent prescriptions with status tracking |
| Advanced Setup | Webhook configuration for real-time prescription events |
Prescribers must be registered with Signature Rx before they can issue prescriptions. Registered prescribers appear in the Prescribers tab.
The Advanced Setup tab lets you configure a webhook so Jump receives real-time updates on prescription status:
Once configured, a Configured badge appears and the last webhook event timestamp is displayed.
Tip: Monitor your available tokens regularly. When tokens run low, contact Signature Rx to top up.
