Stripe - Payments & Invoicing

Stripe lets you accept payments, create invoices, and manage products and pricing directly from Jump.

How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Apps > Stripe
  2. Click Connect to Stripe
  3. You will be redirected to Stripe to authorise the connection
  4. Complete the Stripe onboarding steps (bank details, identity verification)
  5. Once finished, you are redirected back to Jump with the connection confirmed

If Stripe onboarding is incomplete, a Setup Required badge appears on the Overview tab. Click the Dashboard link to finish setup in Stripe.

Connection Status

Once connected, the Overview tab shows:

  • Account ID with a green checkmark
  • Capability badges - payments and payouts status
  • Dashboard link - opens your Stripe dashboard in a new tab
  • Refresh button - reloads your account status

What You Can Do

Tab Description
Overview Connection status, account details, and setup guidance
Invoices View and manage invoices sent to patients
Payments Track payment history and status
Products Manage your products and pricing (e.g. consultation fees, procedures)
Terminals Configure Stripe Terminal card readers for in-person payments
ID Verification Manage identity verification requests

Disconnecting

To disconnect Stripe, click Disconnect on the Overview tab and confirm. Existing invoices and payment records are retained.

Tip: Set up your products and pricing in the Products tab before creating invoices. This keeps billing consistent across your practice.
