Jump's App Store lists partner apps you can connect to your practice. Connecting one grants that app access to your Jump data, so it is worth knowing exactly what the steps are and how to undo them.
Go to Settings → Apps. The apps available to your practice are listed there, with the ones you have already connected marked as connected.
If you are not the person who should be making that decision for your practice, stop at the consent screen. Connecting an app is a practice-wide decision, not a personal one.
Select the app and choose Disconnect.
This genuinely revokes the app's access. It does not simply hide the app from your list - the credential it was using stops working, so the app can no longer read or write your practice's data.
If an app appears connected that you did not connect, disconnect it and contact us. If a connection fails partway through, nothing is granted - start again from Settings → Apps.
