Settings and Configuration have been tidied up. Nothing has been taken away, and nothing you have bookmarked will break - every old address still works and lands you on the right tab. But several pages that used to be separate are now tabs on one page, and a couple of things have moved to a more sensible place.
This article is the map.
Message Templates, Message Snippets and Message Settings are now three tabs on one Messages page.
Configuration → Communications → Messages
Schedules, Sessions and Blocks are now three tabs on one Availability page, and it lives in the Scheduling section rather than in a section of its own.
Configuration → Scheduling → Availability
Document Templates and Document Design are now two tabs on one Documents page.
Configuration → Documents
Plan, Licences and Quotes are now three tabs on one page.
Settings → Plan & Licences
Audit Log and User Activity are now two tabs on one page.
Settings → Audit log
| Was | Now |
|---|---|
| Settings → Skip | Configuration → Automation → Skip, beside Filing Settings, Pathways and Workflows |
| Questionnaire Templates and Public Form Links, inside Communications | their own Forms section, between Communications and Documents |
Skip moved because it is an automation, and it now sits with the other automations. Forms moved because questionnaires and public form links are their own thing, not a kind of message.
Every list in Settings and Configuration now uses the same table: it runs the full width of the page, has one toolbar at the top, and you click a row to open it. What you can do to a single thing - edit it, rename it, delete it - is in the panel that opens, not in a menu on the row.
Creating and editing happens in a panel beside the list rather than a box on top of it. Adding or editing a clinician opens a full page instead, because there is a lot of it.
This applies to the address book, message templates and snippets, labels, patient merging, appointment notifications, questionnaire templates, clinician tags, locations, teams, roles and permissions, user activity and the audit log.
Ask Skip. Skip knows where every control in Jump lives, and its answers were updated with this release - so "where do I change the salutation on patient emails?" will give you the new location, not the old one.
