The patient record has a Procedures tab. Record a procedure standalone from the tab, or as part of a consultation — the drawer shows the linked consultation and problems, and a finalized procedure attaches to its problem.
From the visit ledger choose Record immunisation. The drawer is coded and shows an inline safety override where relevant, with a clear success screen.
Also from the visit ledger, choose Issue supplement to record a supplement for the patient.
