Trying Beta Features

Last updated: 20 August 2026

What are beta features?

Beta features are polished previews of what's coming next in Jump — complete enough to use for real work, but still being refined based on feedback.

Turning a beta on or off

  1. Look for the beta toggle in the header bar.
  2. Open it to see the betas currently available (for example the redesigned inbox or the redesigned patient record).
  3. Switch a beta on to try it — the change applies only to you, not your colleagues.
  4. Switch it off any time to go straight back to the current experience. Nothing is lost either way.

Sending feedback

While a beta is on you'll see a feedback option alongside the toggle — one click sends your comments straight to the team building the feature. Feedback genuinely shapes what ships, so tell us what's confusing, missing or great.

The new Tasks workspace beta

The rebuilt Tasks workspace is available as a beta. Open the Tasks page and use the beta toggle in the header to try it: you get a shared views rail (personal and practice-wide views with accurate counts), right-click quick edits on any task, and faster filtering on large lists. Like every beta it applies only to you, and you can switch back at any time.
