How do lab results come in?

Electronically, as structured data - not PDFs to re-key. Results from TDL, Randox, Medichecks and Salient Bio land in the filing queue with each analyte against its reference range and abnormal values flagged. A clinician reviews and files; only then does the result reach the patient record.

Can we keep our accountant on Xero?

Yes. Invoices can be raised into Xero from inside Jump, so the practice works in one system and the accountant keeps theirs. Card payments run through Stripe - billing, saved cards and the in-clinic terminal - and card details never touch the practice.

What about NHS systems?

Jump sends clinic letters and documents to a patient's registered NHS GP electronically over MESH, the NHS message exchange - with routing verified and a transfer history kept per document. That keeps the patient's NHS record informed of the care you provide privately.

What happens if an integration breaks?

You see it before it costs you anything. Every integration carries a live status in the App Store - connected, action needed, failing - with the fix path on the card, like reauthorising an expired connection. Your data stays in Jump throughout; an integration being down never locks you out of your own records.

The work flows through the record

These aren't sync jobs - they're clinical workflows. A signed prescription dispatches to the pharmacy and dispensing status flows back. A lab result lands in filing as structured analytes with abnormal flags. An imaging referral goes to Scan.com from the record. An invoice gets paid in Stripe and the record knows. Nothing is exported, re-keyed or reconciled by hand.

Every integration carries a live status: connected, action needed, failing. An expiring authorisation shows up as an amber badge with a reauthorise path - before it becomes a missing result or an unsent prescription. SMS credit balances are visible in the same place, with low-balance alerts.
